The number 2 worldwide in some ert and number 1 worldwide in cloud . The quality is in both oracle and sap but eu considers that oracle can break down on purpose to sabotage Europe in business dealings or in military uses secrets . As usa goes usa first all usa apps from Google to Facebook TikTok and oracle are seen as wedges.
