This article includes the following:

"The Civilization series of turn-based strategy computer games features ruins as special tiles which may provide the player with a bonus when explored."

I don't think this is true. Destroyed cities of certain sizes leave ruins in Civilization 3 and 4, but exploring them does nothing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.21.161.34 (talk) 21:01, 13 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Deletion of 'human-made'

The phrase "human-made" seems like an error in the definition of ruins, as e.g. remains of cities on alien planets are also called ruins and were not made by humans. Deleting the word "human-made" would give a robust and universal definition of ruins. 84.114.72.204 (talk) 04:59, 9 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
