Wrong Court Date

I removed from the infobox and the lead the mention that Randy Weaver was given the wrong court date. As they appeared in the article before my edit, these mentions were quite misleading. After all, it could be a defense if Weaver was given the wrong court date. The problem was that the body notes that Weaver never appeared in Court for the March 20 date he was told either. That fact is conveniently omitted from the WP:LEAD. In fact, the body notes that Weaver was convicted for failure to appear in court. Nothing in the sources indicates that the conviction was a miscarriage of justice. As for the comment from @Naaman Brown on this talk page 18 years ago (wow, that's a long time!), yes, it's understandable to think that Weaver at that point had an understandable fear that he would not be treated fairly in court. But courts would be foolish to allow such general fears as a defense to a failure to appear charge. Thus, MOS:CONCISE counsels removing these defenses that did not prevent a conviction from the lead and infobox.

Finally, as @HandThatFeeds notes this year, the Seattle Times article was published during the trial and has not been updated to consider that Weaver was convicted for failure to appear in court. This is not to say that it is WP:BIASED, but the article merely presents arguments from defense counsel, and does not come to the conclusion that Weaver was innocent of the charges.
