Coordinate error

The following coordinate fixes are needed for Rubicon Peak, near Lake Tahoe, CA, USA. These coordinates point near Henry Coe State Park in CA rather than the correct location. I propose 38° 59' 11.39" N -120° 07' 60.00" W as the more appropriate coordinates.

Done. I've emended the coordinates per the correct GNIS entry. (Someone had mistakenly cited the GNIS entry for Rooster Comb ridge in Stanislaus County rather than the one for Rubicon Peak, and that's where the incorrect coordinates came from.)
