Same role as Home Guard?
[edit]The RDC were actually full time soldiers, although not front line troops. The Home Guard were unpaid and did duties in their spare time; surely the World War I equivalent would have been the Volunteer Training Corps (World War I)? Alansplodge (talk) 23:03, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
