"which resulted in the foundation of the SA" - now that seems wrong to me.

The article says that the "Roter Frontkämpferbund" resulted in the foundation of the SA, if I understand it correctly... now that seems very wrong to me, and no source is given.

Source (German Historical Museum Berlin) that says something completely different:

"Die Innenminister der Länder nahmen den "Blutmai" zum Anlass, den RFB und seine Unterorganisationen reichsweit zu verbieten. Bis zu seiner Zerschlagung nach der Machtübernahme der Nationalsozialisten existierte der RFB illegal weiter." - The RFB was outlawed by the Nazis, and continued to exist illegaly until it was broken up for good.
