New technology section

I have added this, because the existing text only covers the creation of a light rope. Many of these may be brought together to create a cable, and that can be an iterative process.

I have made my own ropes, as a model-making exercise, within a wider interest as a member of the Intenational Guild of Knot Tyers, where knowledge of the internal construction of a rope or cable is essential as a step towards working with the same.
