Does anyone have information on the history of the ivory, and how the Département des Monnaies, Médailles et Antiques, Bibliothèque Nationale de France, came to having it? Was it part of the booty of the Fourth Crusade? A gift to a king in western Europe? etc. This should be included in the article. Dinkytown talk 16:05, 27 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
