• New enough (submitted within 3 days of creation) and more than long enough (12,324 characters). Well sourced: Cite Unseen says 3 generally reliable sources plus 81 news and only 1 unknown site, which is the Archives at Yale which is fine...in addition to the 5 books. Article is written neutrally. Earwig and spot checks and citation style indicate that copyvio and close paraphrasing are not a problem. Article looks tidy – would be even better with an infobox – but it's brand-new so there is still time and an infobox is not a requirement for DYK. QPQ is done. The hook is interesting and correctly cited to a book published by Yale University Press. It could be shorter – my personal preference would be to strike "played an instrumental role in transforming" and replace it with "transformed" but I understand the nominator probably didn't want to overclaim credit as there were others who sponsored and worked on the project, and the alternative "helped to transform" sounds too weak. The image is clear enough at a diminished size and is Public Domain. I'm approving but will also propose the slightly tweaked version(s) of the hook and leave it up to the promoter and/or others to decide what is best:

@TarnishedPath: Ya google books can be finicky. I'll give you a newspaper clip. The fact that he designed the interior of the playhouse can be seen in this article https://www.newspapers.com/article/connecticut-post-charles-peters-dies-de/195605427/ The quote from the book source is on page 44 "Rollo Peters and Lawrence Lagnier started driving around Fairfield County looking for a building they could turn into their own theatre. Just as Peters bad been largely responsible for getting the Theatre Guild through its first season, so it was for the Westport Country Playhouse. Not only did he find the barn and help Lagner and Cleon Throckmorton transform it into a theatre..." There's more content interspersed in successive paragraphs.
