By now, Rokt should be notable enough as a unicorn that's going public soon. It's also in Spanish, French, and Japanese (Wikipedias), which I based this version on. I trimmed out some fluff such as excessive lists of Rokt's partners, removed dead links, and also inserted some more recent citations.
I looked at the translations and the connections made by editors in Wikidata. They raise a red flag as it relates to potentially conflicts of interest. Note that having a Wikipedia page in a language other than English is not considered automatically notable for all other Wikipedia languages. There is also nothing in WP:NCORP about inherent notability for a company that is considered "unicorn".
