Irrelevant reference in the text.

[edit]

Why does this article contain "...and a distant relative of Nicole Clark."? That information is not relevant to the topic. The reference was removed once and the edit was undone. Hweha (talk) 02:10, 11 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Since the comment I posted in JAN 2025, the irrelevant reference in the text has been added and removed several times - each time because it is irrelevant. If it is relevant, it lacks any citation demonstrating its relevance. It is ridiculous adding personal unproven connections to a famous person named in a Wikipedia article; more so if the additional text is irrelevant to the article. Imagine if everyone with a actual or assumed connection to Sir Roger were to add a frivolous statement of connection. I do hope the person continuing this farce will cease; the additional text detracts from the article. Hweha (talk) 17:33, 23 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
Rather than lodging a Report against user Kxrk, I invite user Kxrk to explain why the reference to Nicole Clark is not irrelevant to the article pertaining to Sir Roger de Kirkpatrick. I also invite other watchers and editors of this page to add their comments. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hweha (talk • contribs) 19:20, 24 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
