Yes, it's not very clearly worded. According to this profile from Politico Europe: "Rato was born in Madrid in 1949 to a wealthy family – his father owned a radio network and his mother came from a long line of mining magnates". That makes sense given the family connection to Asturias, but there’s no mention of the textile industry at all! Best wishes. JezGrove (talk) 15:31, 22 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
