this article has had a lot of vandalism, with misinformation being inserted and useful info deleted. I wish someone with more subject matter competence than I have would watch it. Coughinink 13:15, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

Description in lead

There has been a disagreement about how Adler should be described in the lead of the article. My view is that, per WP:BLP, and given that no-one has suggested he has been a career criminal, that the lead should describe him as a businessman who was jailed. The lead should not use the phrase "...is a criminal", given that the sentence has been served and no-one issuggesting he is currently engaged in, or charged with, criminal activities. hamiltonstone (talk) 23:39, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
