Roboop 2 → RoboCop 2 – proper name. I fat fingered it when trying to move it from Robocop 2 to RoboCop 2, but it doesn't mater since RoboCop 2 already existed. — Pmsyyz 20:21, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)

The submachine gun he used was the ARES FMG (folding machine gun), an ingenious Stoner creation. It was designed to look like an old-fashioned portable radio, and there was an antenna attachment to keep up this charade. Chaparral2J (talk) 00:10, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

List of 300 Directives and RoboCop 2 Cyborg Seperate Article

Several of the 300 Directives are shown on screen in one scene. Could this article have a listing of the ones that are readable and is there a source for any of the ones that don't appear? It's kind of like the list from My Name is Earl in that you'd list what you can, even if it's never going to be complete. I may start the list on my own in time, but I'd love it if someone beat me to the punch.

I was also wondering if RoboCop 2 the Cyborg (and not the film) could have it's own article. While I can't say the film was all that good, RoboCop 2 the Cyborg was awesome. It has four upper-body limbs - a battering ram with Gatling gun, a welder, a pincher claw, and an arm with a three fingered hand - a shoulder mounted cannon, an LCD panel "face", a waist that can pivot 360 degrees, appears to stand about 10 ft. tall, contains what has to be an enormous internal cavity for ammunition, and it has a nuclear reactor in its chest. Private companies taking over city administration; cities defaulting and being 'taken over' by commercial institutions and individuals; public servants in revolt after their pensions rights are anulled; even the Robotisation of military and police is starting to happen in a mental conditioning sort of way, a la: TSA. The amoral kid is now completely believable as a character. Perhaps now he would be piloting drones over Afghanistan. Look at Detroit today !!!!

The drugs cartel bails out the city administration of Detroit and this seems to have a parrallel in the events subsequent to 2008. Max Keiser has suggested that the Brown administration relied on drugs money to save the uk banks from crashing.
