Questionable authorship/contributions?

This page has quite a bit of self-sourcing, lack of sourcing for detailed life events, and does not mention negative press received (resignation as co-founder of a company due to an FTC order that bars him from returning to that company). I would guess the subject is contributing through some COI means, but cannot substantiate that. There are lots of contributors to this page. Curious on general thoughts regarding this.

The article appears to be a short biography which sounds like it was written either by the subject or by a person close to the subject. The subject of the article does not appear to be of particular note in any particular field and instead appears to just be a businessman who has run some small to medium sized businesses.
