Characters for Xihai
[edit]The characters for Xihai are not provided. Looking at the Chinese article (海曲县), it looks like it might be 西海 plus 县 meaning county. Can this be confirmed? --BB12 (talk) 20:37, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
