Outdated publisher information?

I'm not sure if this section requires any editing or clarification:

"In June 2024, it was announced at IGN Live 2024 that Offbrand Games, a new game publisher founded by YouTube streamers Ludwig Ahgren and Jason "Thor" Hall of Pirate Software, would be assisting publishing the game as their first release."

Jason Hall no longer works at Offbrand Games, but I'm not sure what kind of edit that would call for? It was true at the time, but saying "The game is published by this guy" when it isn't anymore feels kind of misleading. However, it doesn't really feel relevant enough to add a sentence saying that "In [date here] Jason Hall left Offbrand Games" since that really has nothing to do with Rivals of Aether 2.
