I am not an expert on Rising Tide Records, and do not have enough knowledge or access thereto to edit this entry effectively. But I think there is a major part of the story missing. Rising Tide Records was infamous in that it virtually collapsed in 1997 or 98, with little or no warning. The company shut down virtually overnight, and artists signed to the company suddenly found themselves without a record deal. It was an occurrence that was very unusual at the time, because the company was believed to be doing relatively well. In contemporaneous reports, the phrase "Rising Tide debacle" was often used to describe the situation. I am not the one to do it, but I feel that the end of the company needs to be included in this article.
