I think this article assumes too much of an implicit IT perspective. "Firewall" and "domain" are not exclusively IT terms, although that seems to be the sense in which they are used here. Furthermore, Ringfencing is by no means exclusively an IT problem. It is an overall problem, and I think some editing by someone from a background other than Microsoft Windows network administration would be beneficial to this article.
