Separately notable?

I believe that it is better to have a separate article that focuses on the party and its electoral performances. Cibulka's article should be focused on Cibulka's personal electoral performances. It is linked with Cibulka who is party's face but Right Bloc doesn't consist (or originally didn't consist) only of Petr Cibulka. It had some municipal amassadors elected in past (according to CZSO it still has one and he isn't Petr Cibulka). There can also be other informations about the party that aren't related directly to Cibulka. Right Bloc is known for having oldest political candidates (for example, in 2002, it had a candidate for MP who was 91 year old).
