Caution

Even though the Desert News and some of the other sources say that Bond played Curly in the original Broadway production of Oklahoma!, the IBDb does not verify this, and I have not been able to find any really reliable or official source that confirms it. The Deseret News may have relied on Bond for the information, or even made a mistake. There are other errors in these sources, for instance the length of the original run. Clearly, Bond was in one or more National Tours and the1951 and 1953 Broadway revivals, but we need a better source to confirm that he was in the original Broadway run. -- Ssilvers (talk) 21:47, 31 July 2014 (UTC)

This itself should be proof of his appearance in the Original Broadway Play.

The Billboard citation shown above lists Jack Kilty as playing the role of Curley. The article says that Kilty was a replacement for Howard Keel, who had left the cast to play in "Carousel." I don't see anything to support the statement that Ridge Bond played in the original Broadway cast of "Oklahoma!". Bruin2 (talk) 23:49, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
