[edit]Well, this article sounds like one giant advert, doesn't it. Which is odd, because Rhoose Point is anything but as described in my opinion. It is boring, featureless, and disliked by many people from Rhoose. It has significant water table issues due to the way it was built and has a very high ownership turnover.
