Unclear history section

Small edits add a mention of 19th century pedagogy under "Course of Study"

I recognize that some parts of this article have been hotly contested, but Rhetoric and Rhetoric: Pedagogy could easily be separated into two independent topics. Just a thought.

I wanted to inset a short statement about the 19th century under course of study. I cited only one source: a Rhetoric Society Quarterly article by James A.
