I believe this post needs an overhaul. Retroperitoneal lymph node (dissection) is associated with various cancers, not just testicular. We have to remember that the lay public are accessing this to find out what 'retro peritoneal lymph disection' is, and not necessarily how this pertains to one specific cancer- a diagram/drawing of where the retroperi nodes are would be helpful. I've cleaned this page up a bit and added a tiny bit more detail based on my own experience. I removed the section about 'most doctors' recommending RPLND as I don't think it represents a worldwide view; please add more detail if you know better! Stonejag 21:42, 22 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
