I am Paul Nelson, and I am the original inventor of RetrievalWare, and I wrote the first version of the RetrievalWare article. I thought long and hard about neutrality before writing this article.

1. It has been 10 years since I worked on the software. 2. I waited until the product was officially retired before writing the article. 3. I was extremely careful to make sure that every statement was referenced. 4. I believe that every statement is neutral in tone and in fact.

I hope that's enough.
