History section needs rewrite

I might do it myself, but I'm putting it here for future reference. Having the entire "History" section of this article be exclusively about the Guano wars of all things and nothing else is a seriously silly thing. There are vastly more important things one could say in that section, about many more resource and resource-related wars in history, and about how the industrial revolution changed such wars.
