Windows 9x
[edit]It seems that the article is missing content about the Resource Monitor (RSRCMTR.EXE) in Windows 9x. That version had a very simple interface made of three progress bars showing available resources of GDI, System and User and a tray icon representing percentage.

Relationship to Performance Monitor
[edit]In the article, it isn't clear how Resource Monitor is related to Performance Monitor, given that it is claimed the name of the Resource Monitor executable was perfmon.exe (in Windows Vista).
