I changed a lot of the language about the resistivity measurement. If I am wrong about the 4-point measurement please correct me. Vessels42 16:43, 20 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Different companies have different types of tools for resistivity measurement......Like HLS and SLB have different names for their resistivity tools ..the 4 point resistivity measurement is the basic method for resistivity measurement...HLS may use 6 or 8 point for the measurement of resistance.changes from company to company.
