This page was recently moved to draft space. However, it had been a redirect with a long history. I believe the move should be undone and then the article reverted to the correct version to restore the redirect. The contents of the "new" article can be cut/paste into a draft article. No reason to speedy a long-standing redirect because of this draft/move. MB23:10, 31 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
