American-specific terms

Remainderman is a concept of English law. A purely American term, such as "IRA custodian" should be avoided, at least not used without clarification. The entire reference to "required minimum distribution rules for retirement accounts" should be under a separate heading for American tax law - assuming that it needs to be retained at all, as it seems only remotely connected with the subject matter of the article.
