Move and scope

This move should be reflected by a change in scope. The original article referred specifically to France and the USA, while the current version deals in detail with France, the reference to the USA having been removed.

The new name suggests to me a much wider scope not just in the countries covered but in the types of institutions covered too. I could be wrong. Andrewa (talk) 06:21, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
