Remove "major issues" notice

This page is flagged as having major issues, but neither seems major to me. The information largely comes from one source, but it is a fairly authoritative source. The main contributor may have a close affiliation with the subject, but since this isn't in any way controversial, it is good to have a contributor who is an expert.
