Are there English-language sources that use the phrase "Reich Debt Commission"? I'm a bit worried that we might be inventing an English name for this agency. It's called "Public Debt Administration of the German Empire" here, but I have no idea if this is a standard translation or just something someone ad libbed or machine translated when making the article.
