I have returned the article to the 16 September 2011 version. Material added on September 29 was still very closely paraphrased and in places verbatim from http://www.nabard.org/pdf/report_financial/Chap_V.pdf. I also added it as source. Voceditenore (talk) 07:48, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
