Corrections needed to description of intellectual property

The current description of the intellectual property around refraction microtremor requires correction. The State of Nevada owns a software copyright for an early implementation of the technology; the University or the State never had a trademark or patent on refraction microtremor. Optim briefly held a trademark on this early implementation, but it lapsed. Optim has not licensed any software to anyone since 2020, and has closed. My company Terean now holds the trademark for "ReMi". Terean also has software available with a more recent implementation of the technology. Terean is requesting the removal of the following incorrect information: "The refraction microtremor technology was developed at the University of Nevada and is owned by the State of Nevada. Optim of Reno, Nevada has the exclusive license to develop the technology, and SeisOpt® ReMi™ has been available commercially from Optim since 2004." and the addition of the current correct description of the intellectual property: "ReMi™ is a trademark of Terean™."
