This is not even a tiny part of the places red hand was used as symbol. Albanians had red hand symbol that symbolized lack of care of the government for the citizens. Serbian students use red hand symbol to remind the government nobody took responsibility in death of 16 people at their bus stop when a part of the building collapsed. Palestinians used red hand symbol first because Israel is killing their civilians.

The red handprint symbol has other uses, including the recent badges at the 2024 Oscars (while they're claimed to be orange, they look red), the 2000 Ramallah lynching, Ulster, and a general sense of someone having blood on their hands.
