[edit]Specifically, rececy bias is used more for statistical interpretation than philosophy/logic however the concepts are the same as with CS Lewis' "Chronological snobbery". If someone wishes to expound on RB and break the redirect, then you have my support.István 14:29, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
The concepts are not the same: chronological snobbery seems to refers to the belief that the present is wiser than the past because it is our own experience rather than theirs, while recency bias as a psychological term refers to the tendency for any subject to give greater weight to more recent information because memory fades over time and more recent perceptions are fresher than older ones.
