• What does this mean? Provincial capitals as well as Canberra? support units in capital cities, were rationalised
  • I don't think the sources differentiated between the two so I left it general. BTW, like you guys, we have states rather than provinces... ;-)

  • There's his publicity shot from the RAAF former chiefs page, but since he's still alive and a free image is therefore possible in theory, I didn't use it.
    • I don't know Australian copyright at all, so official photos, etc. are still in copyright by the gov't? If that's the case, then that's that and you're sensible to wait for a free one, no matter how much it weakens the article.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 06:50, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
      • Yep, 'fraid that's the case. I consider the US highly enlightened making its government-sponsored images PD from Day 1 (why not, it's public money being used to create them) and find it quite embarrassing that some of the best modern Australian military photos can only be used on WP because US Government employees took them... :-P Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 07:02, 7 July 2013 (UTC)
