I work for RapidSOS and would like to propose the following changes to the RapidSOS Wikipedia page:
1) Replace the "Features" section with "Products"
Reasoning:
The company no longer has a single product--we now have several products that each have multiple features. Changing "Features" to "Products" would add clarity to the article.
2) Add "NG911 Clearinghouse" under the new "Products" section
Proposed text to go under "NG911 Clearinghouse":
"The RapidSOS NG911 Clearinghouse allows Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to securely access device-based hybrid location information from smartphones when users place a call to 9-1-1. PSAPs can also receive additional data from user profiles, smartphone apps, wearable devices, connected cars, and connected homes." [1]

The paraphrased text isn't quite accurate. Would it be possible to use the following text instead?
