incomplete list?

There's a note in the "electoral history" section, indicating that the list is incomplete. However, it's not clear that the list is, in fact, incomplete. As noted elsewhere in the article, the subject was first elected to the US House in 1958, and ran until he lost in 1966. There are records in the list for each of these election cycles.
