Notability and expansion of article

The article has been tagged re the notability of the subject. There is very little information available on the web about Ralph Butler, but he was responsible for the lyrics of (at least) three English songs which remain among the most popular and well-known of the period (1930s-1950s) and which all have their own articles. Information on the songs of this period (other than from the most popular musical shows) is in my view under-represented on Wikipedia, but it is important that the information on Mr Butler is expanded from verifiable sources.
