[edit]The chapel inscription clearly reads “Cappella De Raymondi” and identifies the patron as “Alessandro De Raymondi”. I have uploaded a photograph of the plaque to Wikimedia Commons for reference:

This supports including “De Raymondi” as the original chapel name in the article introduction. “Raimondi” is the commonly used modern form and appears to be an Italianized version of the surname.
