This is a nonsensical redirect. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.116.7.160 (talk) 17:36, 9 March 2013‎

Definition

[edit]

The current definition is "an extension of K that is generated by an nth root of an element of K". This is not the definition given in some books, such as Concepts in abstract algebra by Lanskyor Topics in field theory by Karpilovsky, which is an extension given by a sequence of simple radical extensions. Conjugates

[edit]

What is meant by "the product of the conjugates"? Perhaps a definition of the term conjugate, or a link to the definition would be helpful. Aplund (talk) 19:49, 11 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Fixed I have provided a link and a definition in the article. D.Lazard (talk) 21:34, 11 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
