Not sure if this should be a page. There are a lot of successful young scientists who are currently living and have greater awards, but have had their articles slated for deletion. Anyone want to discuss the future of this page? Markus1423 (talk) 22:49, 3 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

I agree that she would not pass notability as a scientist; however, a lot of news and magazine articles have been written about her and her invention. I found a few more that have appeared in the past few months. I think she would pass the general notability guidelines. However, if you disagree, you can get more opinions at WP:AFD.
