Rename
[edit]The name of this article is too close to R. v. Collins, the Supreme Court case. Renaming this article to R. v Collins (appeal) might be the way to go. If the next person who reads this agrees, please move this article to a new name. -- Suntag ☼ 14:48, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well, they are both appeals, so that wouldn't help much. Since it is impossible to know in advance what search terms readers will use to get here (or there), and there are only two cases with this name, hatnotes on both cases would probably be the way forward. That would also avoid having to rejig all the incoming links to both cases. --Rodhullandemu 14:55, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- That's my view as well. Collins was at one time a pretty important case in English law and I came here looking for it by searching for R v Collins. 82.68.102.190 (talk) 19:56, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
I don't know that "romantic" is the right word for "an almost naked man with an erect penis" standing outside a woman's window! Lewd might be better.JohnC (talk) 08:19, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
