I understand that often sources are reworked and mixed, making it impractical to identify a specific source for each statement. This giant paragraph should be broken up into more reasonable paragraph sizes, which will then also allow the references to be more specific.

Overall: Thank you for working hard on this new geography article! Please modify the huge History paragraph by breaking it up into a few smaller paragraphs, adding the appropriate references. The hook itself must be in the article - if no sources back up the total number of fighters (from both sides!), then the hook needs to be rewritten. Remove the copyvio image.   • @P199: sorry, I didn't know you could have it rereviewed, I instead created a Battle of Qnat wikipedia article that I submitted. It says 3000 strong though, right after Hamat Airport. PalauanReich (talk) 13:35, 27 March 2023 (UTC)
    • Sure, DYK's are not dead after only one review. Articles can be worked on to address the issues raised in the DYK review. As for this review, sorry, yes, I see the "3000" in the article, but what source/reference is this number from? -- P 1 9 9  ✉ 13:46, 27 March 2023 (UTC)

          • @@P199: It is from here actually, although that article is an almost exact copy of many sections of the lebanese forces article. Also, I think we should disregard that nomination and just use the Battle of Qnat nomination I made as that actually would allow us to link it to the main article which has more info on the battle than the Qnat town article.
