Not so sharp
[edit]The symbol used for Q# is not a sharp sign. It's a number or pound (weight) sign, now known as a hashtag sign. The sharp sign is upright: ♯, with HTML name "sharp" (surround omitted to show the text). Zaslav (talk) 04:03, 27 November 2023 (UTC)
