Q*bert needs a sub-section on his theatrical appearances in Wreck-It-Ralph and Pixels.

[edit]

Really liked this guy, thought he should be memorised for his impact in the arcades, but as I searched while adding links on his article, I noticed that he only got a bit to say when it comes to Wreck-It-Ralph or Pixels. as a fan of both of these movies, I feel like people would want to know more on his roles in movies where he did a lot more than just his cameos.

Both of these movies have spoiler warnings to their respective cameos.

In 'Wreck-It-Ralph', He was not only a homeless comedy-relief character at the start as mentioned in the article but he actually became instrumental in helping Fix-It-Felix on where Ralph is, telling him that ''Ralph has gone Turbo'' while communicating to Felix with his only language, Qbertese, in the movie. At the end of the movie Q*bert and his other enemies assists with Felix in creating their own bonus levels in Fix-It-Felix, Jr.

(For the Wreck-It-Wrath sequel: 'Wrath breaks the Internet', he is just there. He should be mentioned for his appearance in that movie also.)

In 'Pixels', He was an iconic video game character that is recognisable for his complex character to be made out of. After the Arcaders defeats Pac-Man in New York City, they receive Q*bert as a trophy. Q*bert is there as a pet and companion to the Arcaders and are there taunting in the climax of the movie. After the Arcaders defeats the Aliens in the final battle, As Ludlow is devastated over Lady Lisa's termination, Q*bert shapeshifts into Lady Lisa and kissed Ludlow. In the time skip they are married & have Q*bert children. (This is the plot of the movie, I'm not exaggerating).

So I do think the amount of Impact Q*bert makes in both of their theatrical appearances is enough for them to have a sub-section or atleast an expansion for what he does and his role in the movie. There are people who are fans of Q*bert because of both of these movies and have played a role of bringing the younger generation into finding out on what Q*bert is.
