"At the top of the gourd (the large round part of the light bulb), a piece of reed or marsh plant with a ½ inch diameter and a length of 2 ½ inches are stuck into the top hole. This reed or marsh plant is called the jivala, which resembles a flute. The jivala is seven inches long with seven holes along its shaft"

This is, I think, self contradictory. The picture shows a tube around 7 inches long extending from the gourd. Should that initial dimension of 2 ½ inches be a range from 2 ½ inches to seven inches or more? perhaps?

Confusing

The lede states that the pungi and the murli are two names for the same instrument. The section "Murli" however seems to say that the murli is different from the pungi. Could somebody with a grasp of the subject (and of Wikipedia policy) clear up this confusion? --bonadea contributions talk 18:13, 25 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
