[edit]Could someone please tidy up this long sentence on the third line?
"In the case of music publishing, the emphasis is not on printed or recorded works as much as on promotion of a musical composition, and/or its referral to a suitable recording artist"

I think this article should be titled "Music Publishing Contract" since that's what the article in its entirety deals with. There should be a separate and detailed article on "Book Publishing Contract".
